AMARI SPORT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in your Amari Sport purchase. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, alterations, or missing tags may not be accepted.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Amari Sport or an item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. Amari Sport will cover standard shipping for the replacement item on an approved size exchange within the United States. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless otherwise stated.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another eligible item or request a refund in accordance with this policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, Amari Sport will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Eligible orders may be canceled within the cancellation window provided during the order process, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.

FINAL SALE

Items specifically marked Final Sale, as well as gift cards and personalized or custom-made merchandise, are not eligible for returns or exchanges except where required by law or in the case of an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.

To request a return or exchange, contact Amari Sport and provide your order number, the item(s) being returned or exchanged, and the reason for your request.

Returns sent without following the applicable return process may not be accepted.

Amari Sport reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements described above.
